Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details. Sign in is handled through our authentication provider.

Content you provide

We collect what you submit to make videos: Google Maps links, business details, photos, scripts, and prompts, along with the videos we generate for you.

Business listing data

When you paste a Google Maps link, we retrieve publicly available information about that listing, such as photos, ratings, and review snippets, to generate your video.

Payment information

When you buy credits or a plan, payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Usage data

We collect how you use the Service, your device and browser information, and log and analytics data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate videos from the inputs you provide
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage your plan and credits
• Respond to your support requests
• Send you service, security, and account messages
• Keep the Service secure and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

To create your videos, we send your inputs, such as your prompt, selected images, and business details, to trusted third party AI providers that perform the generation. These providers process the data only to deliver your result and under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers: hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, and AI providers who help us run the Service, under confidentiality agreements
• Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• With your consent: when you ask us to share
• Aggregated data: anonymized, aggregated data may be used to improve the Service

We use industry standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable cloud infrastructure, with regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
