Terms of Service

By accessing or using teswir.com and the Teswir application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Teswir generates short promotional videos for businesses from inputs you provide, such as a Google Maps link, photos, or a script, using AI. You can let the agent build a video from your listing, or use the studio to direct it yourself.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Credits

The Service runs on credits. Generating a video consumes credits. Your first video may be free, as described on the site.

Plans and billing

Paid plans provide a monthly allotment of credits and renew until you cancel. You can buy additional credits at any time. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

Changes and refunds

We may change prices, and will give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice. Credits that have been used and videos that have been generated are not refundable, except where required by law.

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you submit, including business details, photos, names, and logos, and that you have the right to create promotional content for the business shown.

You grant Teswir the rights needed to process your inputs and operate the Service. As between you and Teswir, the videos generated for you are yours to use, subject to these Terms and the rights of any third parties. You are responsible for how you use them and for any claims they make.

You agree not to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, or that impersonates a person or misrepresents a business.

Videos are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing every video before you publish it. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as views, traffic, bookings, or sales.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
• Upload content you do not have the rights to
• Use the Service to harm, harass, deceive, or violate the rights of others

The Service relies on third parties, including Google, our payment and authentication providers, and AI providers. We are not responsible for their availability or for the accuracy of information retrieved from public sources such as Google listings.

The Service itself, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Teswir and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teswir is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Teswir harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

We may suspend or end your access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. When access ends, your right to use the Service stops, though some terms survive by their nature.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will note the date of the latest version above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
